Dream Big Again

Dream Big Again blog

Dream Big Again – I read that phrase the other day and it really resounded with me! I want to be sure I dream big, because I serve an incredible, unlimited God!

This year has been one of a lot of work, long hours, and wait-and-see situations. Reading that phrase sparked something inside of me! I want to always dream big, and I feel like huge opportunities are on the horizon!

Praise God

I’ve prayed so hard about this election. I’m so humbled and grateful that God allowed President Trump to win and I can’t wait to see what this nation can accomplish with this opportunity to get back to basics and get rid of nonsense that distracts us from what’s truly important. May we return to Biblical foundations and once again be the light of the world.

I’ve heard and seen a lot of people upset over this election. Some appear to be crazy, others seemed to have believed a lie. Let me just encourage you to be a light for God, while also having a spine. God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but rather power and self-discipline. I’m not encouraging you to go out and pick a fight with someone who doesn’t agree with you, but rather to stand your ground should someone bring their nonsense to you.

I’ve had people tell me they are scared to say who they support, and sometimes it is prudence not to wave a red flag in front of a bull. But on the other hand, consider your circles and choose people who are going to help you level up. You owe no loyalty to those who don’t honor God and who attack you for standing for what is important to you.

God has shown us as a nation – and individually – such mercy by allowing President Trump to be reelected. May we Dream Big Again and make an impact that truly honors God!

Life & Hobbies

So what does life look like to you when you Dream Big Again? Let’s brainstorm next level things! Perhaps dreaming big opens the door to getting out of debt or saving up to replace your vehicle. I really think we are on the edge of incredible opportunities!

As we grow and thrive, let’s remember to keep building our community and relationships. People matter, and we need strong communities in order to have a strong country! Get involved and let’s build on this opportunity we have presented to us!

What kind of hobbies do you have or dream of pursuing? I’ll be honest and say, outside of those I had growing up, I don’t really have any. But I want to develop some! I feel like a season where that is a possibility is emerging and I am eager to enjoy it.

And who knows, maybe helping in politics is a bit of a hobby all it’s own. Now please don’t cringe when I say politics, because I almost do – but I don’t want either of us to! I read a great quote the other day that I think applies here: If Christians are not engaged with politics, decisions will be made by people who think God is irrelevant and the truth of God’s Word does not exist. We need to be informed and involved so that we can represent God to the best of our ability!

Business & Family Goals

Whether you have a business or a family – or maybe even both! – what are some ways you can set next level goals? Dream Big Again!

Maybe this is the year you step into homeschooling, growing a garden, or painting the house. Or maybe it’s time to take the leap and hire someone to help you in your business, look into an actual storefront, or apply for your dream job. Dream Big Again!

I can’t emphasize this enough – the dreams you have are there for a reason. Commit them to God and then work like crazy towards them! He’ll guide you and help you in amazing ways! Besides, there’s something energizing about stepping out in faith, just you and God!

Maybe you don’t have any big goals or dreams. Pray and ask God to direct you and inspire you, and then be faithful in what He presents. It is incredible to see where He leads when we remain faithful!

We are entering a time of hope and growth in our nation! We have worked so hard for this, now let’s lean in, praise God, continue to grow, and boldly step into our potential!

Until Next Time!

Hope.
